What Our Nurses

Are Saying...

“As a relatively new nurse to MMSC, I have found it to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience.  I am impressed with the nursing excellence and how all departments come together as a dedicated group of professionals to meet the needs of the patients.” ~ Colleen ~

“MMSC has been a wonderful place to work over the years.  I have had many great opportunities during my nursing career here, and have been fortunate to work beside people who are caring, compassionate, and professional.  This organization values its nurses and is committed to providing safe, compassionate and quality care.”  ~ Charlene ~

Shared Governance

Our Shared Governance Professional Practice Model empowers MMSC nurses to contribute collectively to the decision-making process related to their nursing practice. Nurses at MMSC have a voice in making decisions and are engaged in interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve desired patient outcomes. Participation in the Shared Governance structure at MMSC allows nurses to manage their practice with a greater level of autonomy, enhance their performance, and increase their job satisfaction.
