Public Relations Policy To request an interview with a physician or staff member at MMSC, please contact Liz Zuercher or Kathryn Strother in the Public Relations department. We require that any journalist and/or news photographer visiting MMSC be escorted by a member of the Public Relations department while on the hospital campus. Please notify the Ambassador or Greeters upon arrival and a member of the Public Relations department will accompany you. We also request that references to the hospital include its full name, Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center.
