State Center Family Medicine Clinic503 3rd Avenue SW, State Center, Iowa 50247 Dr. Ron Terrill, M.D., has been with the State Center Clinic since 2005. Dr. Terrill sees patients every Tuesday morning. Dr. Terrill also sees patients at the Marshalltown Medical Clinic. Nick Burnett, DNP, ARNP, has been with the Clinic for 10 years. He is Board Certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner and the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Nick sees patients Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. -noon.
