MMSC Lab is now offering several wellness panels that do not require a physician’s order or an appointment. 

Walk-In Wellness is now available year-round in place of our Healthy Heart Screening (Lipid Profiles). 

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm.

The following wellness tests are available:

12 hour fast required:

• Healthy Heart:  $10  (Lipids plus Glucose)

• Chemistry Wellness:  $15  (Lipids, Glucose, Bun, Creatinine, Calcium, Iron, AST)

        • Vitamin D:  $40  (Fasting preferred but not required. Reports in 3-5 days.)

Fasting not required:

• PSA Wellness:  $15

• Thyroid Wellness (TSH):  $15

• Hematology Wellness:  $8  (Complete Blood Count)

• Glycohemoglobin (HbA1c):  $15 

Come to the MMSC Lab to register and pay for your test(s).  Please use check or cash (no debit or credit cards).  Results will be delivered to you via US Mail in approximately 3 days.
